Questions
How does billing work?
Pro is sold through Discord Premium Apps and billed by Discord directly — the same payment method you already use there. There is nothing to set up on our side: subscribe and Pro features activate in your server immediately.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your Discord subscription settings (User Settings → Subscriptions). Pro stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Refunds follow Discord’s own refund policy.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Pro-gated features stop being available and newly written audit-log entries revert to the free 7-day retention window. Lapsing never deletes previously stored data ahead of its existing expiry — your ledger and audit history stay intact.
Is Pro per-server or per-user?
Per-server. One subscription upgrades the server it was purchased for; every member of that server benefits. Other servers you manage each need their own subscription.
