/config

Requires: Manage Server

/config is the hub for every Guild Ledger setting, organized into six domains. Each domain opens a sub-hub of related settings; pick a domain, then a setting. Everything /setup configured can be revisited here, alongside advanced options first-run doesn't cover.

๐Ÿ“œ Logging & Alerts

  • Channels โ€” where audit events and mod alerts are posted
  • Event Logging โ€” which of the 43 audit events are written to the log
  • Event Overrides โ€” per-event tweaks on top of the category defaults
  • Webhooks ๐Ÿ”’ โ€” deliver audit events to an external URL
  • Scheduled Reports ๐Ÿ”’ โ€” recurring CSV exports posted to a channel

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Moderation

  • Warning Escalation โ€” auto-escalate members who hit warn/timeout limits
  • Anti-spam โ€” mention-spam and rapid-message detection with actions
  • Mute Role โ€” the role applied when the bot mutes a member
  • Usage Limits ๐Ÿ”’ โ€” raise the caps on alert subscriptions and approval forms

๐Ÿ“ Approvals

  • Approvals โ€” the approver roles, and whether approvers may approve their own requests

๐Ÿ’ฐ Economy

Mounted from /ledger โ€” the same economy surface, reachable from either command.

  • Ledger โ€” currency name/symbol and the treasurer role
  • Ledger Event Rules ๐Ÿ”’ โ€” auto credit/debit the ledger when audit events fire
  • Wallets โ€” per-member balances, transfers, and the leaderboard

๐Ÿ˜๏ธ Community

  • Polls โ€” enable polls and set poll defaults
  • Welcome Message โ€” greet new members with a configurable message
  • Reaction Roles โ€” jumps to /reaction-roles for self-assignable roles

๐Ÿ”’ Privacy & Data

  • Privacy & Retention โ€” retention windows and the message-content / nickname flags (both off by default)
  • Data Management โ€” export or erase your guild's stored data (GDPR Art. 15/17)
  • GDPR Contact โ€” the contact surfaced to members for data requests
  • About My Data โ€” what the bot stores, in plain language

The Data Management section supports both per-user erasure and server-wide deletion, so operators can action a member's GDPR erasure request directly. Members can also erase their own data via the Delete my data button in /help โ€” no admin required. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and for how long.
