Available to all members

/request is how members interact with the approval forms admins have built with /forms. No admin role required.

What you can do

• Browse all open forms and submit a response
• Track the status of your pending and past submissions
• Get notified when your request is approved or denied

How it works

When you submit a form, it goes to the server's designated approvers. They can approve or deny it with a reason, and you'll be notified of the decision. Your submission history stays available in /request (and in the /activity hub under Requests), so you always know where things stand.

Some forms have a capacity cap — once the cap is reached, the form closes to new submissions automatically.
