Requires: Manage Server (or the treasurer role for entry management)

/ledger tracks guild finances with a full-featured ledger: record income, payouts, and disputes, and review totals over time.

The ledger hub

• Configure — set the currency name/symbol and assign the treasurer role
• Add entry — record income, expenses, or member payouts
• Review entries — paginated ledger with date-range filter
• Disputes — members can dispute entries; admins accept or reject the dispute
• Stats — totals, per-member summaries, and transaction counts

Members can view the server balance (and on Pro, their personal wallet) through the /activity hub.

Pro features 🔒

• Event rules — automatically credit or debit the ledger when audit events fire (e.g. a payout when a member joins, a debit when a role is assigned)
• Multi-account — separate ledger accounts, e.g. bank vs. treasury
• Wallet system — per-member balances, transfers, leaderboard, and wallet admin tools, surfaced in /activity

Integrations

The Payout poll type integrates with the ledger: when a payout vote passes, the configured amount is paid out automatically. Ledger data can be exported as CSV via /export.

The ledger is a record-keeping convenience, not an accounting system or money service — see the Terms of Service for the acceptable-use rules that apply to it.
