/forms

Requires: Manage Server

/forms is where admins build approval forms that members submit through /request. Set capacity caps, assign approver roles, and manage the full submission lifecycle.

Free tier: up to 2 active forms. Pro: unlimited forms + custom fields.

Creating forms

/forms โ†’ Create opens the form builder wizard:

  • Set a title, description, and optional capacity cap
  • Add custom fields (short text, long text, dropdowns) ๐Ÿ”’
  • Assign which roles can approve or deny submissions
  • Start from a template to speed up setup

Managing forms

/forms โ†’ Manage covers the rest of the lifecycle:

  • Review submissions โ€” approve or deny pending requests with a reason
  • Edit โ€” update a form's title, cap, fields, or approver roles
  • Stats โ€” view acceptance rates and submission counts per form
  • Close / Delete โ€” close a form to new submissions or remove it entirely

How approvals flow

  1. An admin creates a form here.
  2. A member submits it via /request.
  3. Members of the approver role review it (in /forms โ†’ Manage, or via right-click approval actions) and approve or deny with a reason.
  4. The submitter is notified of the decision, and the outcome is recorded in the audit log.

Whether approvers may approve their own submissions is controlled by the Self-approval setting in /config.
